My goodness we have been a busy family!!!

1st off, Baseball, Baseball, Baseball!!! This has become our lives!!! Austin and Dallin play and everyday we have practice for one and a game for the other (switching off of course.) Anyway, at least they play at a park were Brooklyn and Jordan can enjoy slides and swings and new friends. Brian is even the assistant coach to Austins team. So, busy busy!!

Also this summer we had a quick trip to St. George. We went to visit friends Emily and Dave. We are so lucky to know them. I learned a new game called 'Phase 10' and for all of you who know what that game is, I had seriously never played before. So, I really like it. As accustom to our St.George visits we went on a hike. This time we visited Kolob Canyon. IT WAS AMAZING!!! We did a 5.5 round trip hike on the double arch trail. The trail follows the river so for A LOT of the walk the kids walked in the river. (It barley covered there feet) There were little lizards everywhere and butterfly's.
But, before St. George we a graduate in our family. I'm the proud mom of a daughter moving on from Jr. High to High School (I know I know I don't look old enough!!! RIGHT !?)

Because Brian was fixing the fuel pump on the Yukon my mom (aka Grandma Porter) and I were the ones to attend Kassidy's Graduation. Afterwards we went to get a yummy treat ....Magelbys Chocolate Cake !

Since this is a long post I better mention our Memorial Day. It was very easy actually! We went to my parents for a BBQ. The kids ran around EVERYWHERE and had a blast.

Okay, that's it (I think).

  1. Seriously, never heard of phaase 10 before....where do you come from? And yes, you do look way too young to have a child going into high school!

  2. I love Phase 10, we should play sometime. You are a busy family. I am jealous of your St George trip. I think I will stow away in your vehicle next time. You won't know I am there until we arrive at St George... :) I can't believe Cass is going to be in high school. You definitely don't look old enough.
